Tube Cube Ice Maker


Morris ice making capacities from available from 5 to 100 tons of ice per day that operate on either R-22 (freon) or NH3 (ammonia) these ice makers can be set up from the factory to be either flooded or liquid re circulated. Tube ice sizes available: 7/8", 1", 1 1/8" or 1 3/8" (pictured below). Morris ice makers are constructed of stainless steel and are the most energy and water efficient machines available. Morris ice makers have a pattented clear ice system ensures clear hard ice as well as a water saving system for blow down. Morris also have an quicker defrost time than any other comparable ice makers. The larger tube ice machines have a touch screen interface that monitors the ice making operation for ease of adjustments and monitoring. Morris is quite simply the best most advanced efficient tube ice machine available.

Ice Maker Compressor Section on Packaged Units:

-5, 10 and 18 ton packaged ice units utilize Copeland semi-hermetic compressors.
-All morris ice maker machines include as standard, gauges, sight glasses, filters, oil separator, oil safety cutout control, suction and discharge stop valves and all necessary isolation valves.
-Fully insulated suction accumulator with boil out coil, complete with isolation valves, hi-level safety switch and safety relief valves.
-All necessary valves piped and wired including:
-Liquid solenoid valve with thermostatic expansion valve and isolation valves.
-Hot gas solenoid valve and bypass solenoid with isolation valves.
-Pilot operated gas powered automatic suction valve with isolation valves.
