This is an industrial heavy duty ice maker built to last a long time, it produces tubular 7/8 ice that is cut in aprox: 1 inch lengths, it is water cooled and does not include a water tower, it can be converted to air cooled easily if that is a requirment.

We also have an HE40 that produces 4,000 lbs of ice if you need a bit larger capacity machine
